Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (NASDAQ: MMLP) announced today that is has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.62 per unit for the quarter ended December 31, 2006. The February distribution reflects an increase of $0.01 per unit over MMLP’s November 2006 distribution. The distribution is payable on February 14, 2007 to common and subordinated unitholders of record as of the close of business on February 1, 2007. The February distribution is based on the current operating performance of, and the current general economic, industry and market conditions impacting MMLP and reflects an annualized distribution rate of $2.48 per unit.
